Allow up to 3 -5 business days for shipping confirmation sent via email.

International standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 business days depending on location.

International express orders are shipped via DHL Express which usually takes 3-5 business days depending on location. 

Signature is required at the time of delivery for some items.

Once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

Once packages are received by DHL we are no longer responsible for the package. DHL is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-225-5345).

Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
